THE EVENT: You're invited to a new concept in parties - 8 Date Rotate with Five Minute Social Connections! Participants will get to meet during the reception and during the Speed Dating rotation. Cash bar. There will be a balance of genders. You must arrive promptly as you will receive an assigned rotation among 8 or more participants of the opposite sex, speaking to each other for EIGHT minutes. Everyone will receive a name tag and a mini-date diary. At the end of the rotations you will turn in (to PBSN) a list of speed daters YOU are interested in talking with again. We do the follow through, so you don't have to. It's a quick and painless way to detect - then select! PBSN will compare all lists and will provide a Mutual Match Report to each participant within 72 Hours of the event.

A 'Mutual Match' is a person expressing interest in you, and one whom you have expressed an interest in as well. We do the matching, so you do not have to worry about asking for a number, OR being asked for your number. We exchange basic contact information with Mutual Matches, so you can get in touch again at your convenience. Contact Information consists of: First Name, First Initial of last name, Occupation, Education, and the City/State of residence, phone number, and e-address. PBSN will share this information with your Mutual Matches, unless you direct us otherwise when you register. Mutual Matches are those YOU selected AND who also selected you! Smart casual attire. Cash bar. Membership is not required to attend PBSN events.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive confirmation when your guaranteed reservation with credit card information has been accepted. No cancellation for any reason after Monday, January 23, 2012. Directions are posted on the web and also will be sent by e-mail or given with your confirmed reservation.

PARTICIPATION IN EIGHT DATE ROTATE PROGRAMS: Most individuals participating have a college degree, or have a position with management level responsibilities, or are a business owner, or are enrolled in an accredited program of higher education leading to a college degree. Please provide qualifications that should be considered for your acceptance for participation.

Heads up.... where else can you go on a Tuesday night and have 8 to 15 mini-dates all in one evening. A new party style is sweeping the Tri-State Area.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will there be an equal number of men and women?

There will be a close gender balance for each rotation.

May I make a reservation even at the last minute?

Usually women make their reservation early. PBSN expects to accept 12 women and then women will be placed on a wait list pending obtaining a gender and age balance. You can be sure to be included if you get a male friend to sign up.

How late will the event run?

This event should finish about 10:00pm.

Will there be individuals of the opposite sex near my age?

PBSN strives to balance both gender and age distribution.

What Personal Information is provided to my MUTUAL MATCHES?

Unless otherwise indicated by you, First Name, Last Initial, Town of Residence, Occupation, Highest Degree Earned, Home Tel #, Cell phone #, and e-mail address will be provided to MUTUAL MATCHES.

Cancellation / No Show / Refund Policy:

All of the participants are relying on you to be there. Having both an age and gender balance is important. There will be no refund for any reason after the published cancellation cutoff date. Cancellation after the published cancellation cutoff date is considered the same as "No Show" both members and nonmembers will be billed the stated No Show fee. You are considered a "No Show" if you arrive after 6pm, your published rotation start time or if you do not compete your assigned mini-date rotations.
