At our recent event at the Stanton Ridge Country Club participants had 15 mini-dates!!!!

 

THE EVENT: You're invited to a new concept in parties - Three Minute Social Connections! Participants will get to mix and mingle during the reception and when attending the Dance Party and Social. There will be a balance of genders from the tri-state area. You must arrive promptly as you will receive an assigned rotation among 8 or more participants of the opposite sex, speaking to each other for three minutes. Everyone will receive a name tag and a mini-date diary. For tonight's mixer you are encouraged to share your contact information with those with whom you would like to connect. After the rotation you're on your own in terms of contacting. Dress to impress. Cash bar. Membership is not required to attend PBSN events.

COST: Guaranteed reservation required. All $35; No shows (members and nonmembers) will be billed $45.

RESERVATION BY PHONE ONLY: 1-610-348-5544 (private voicemail): identify the event, give the event date, and give your name, birthday mm/dd/yy, e-mail address for directions, home, cell phone and office telephone numbers and MC, Visa or AE number with expiration as your guarantee. Please immediately send an e-mail with the information requested below. Cash payment in an envelop with your name and phone number on the outside is required at the event in lieu of a charge being made to your credit card. Any participant not making the cash payment as required will be charged the stated activity fee plus a $10 administrative service charge.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive confirmation when your guaranteed reservation with credit card information has been accepted. No cancellation for any reason after Monday, March 15, 2010. Directions will be sent by e-mail or given with your confirmed reservation.

PARTICIPATION IN EIGHT DATE ROTATE PROGRAMS: Most individuals participating have a college degree, or have a position with management level responsibilities, or are a business owner, or are enrolled in an accredited program of higher education leading to a college degree. Please provide qualifications that should be considered for your acceptance for participation.

Heads up.... where else can you go on a Saturday night and have 12 or more mini-dates all in one evening. A new party style is sweeping the Tri-State Area.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will there be an equal number of men and women?

There will be a close gender balance for each rotation.

May I make a reservation even at the last minute?

Usually women make their reservation early. PBSN expects to accept 10 women for each rotation and then women will be placed on a wait list pending obtaining a gender and age balance. You can be sure to be included if you get a male friend to sign up.

How late will the event run?

This event should finish at 8:00pm with the dance social ending at Midnight. Remember, admission to the dance is included with the Speed Dating Party.

Will there be individuals of the opposite sex near my age?

PBSN strives to balance both gender and age distribution.

Cancellation / No Show / Refund Policy:

All of the participants are relying on you to be there. Having both an age and gender balance is important. There will be no refund for any reason after the published cancellation cutoff date. Cancellation after the published cancellation cutoff date is considered the same as "No Show." Both members and nonmembers will be billed the stated No Show fee. You are considered a "No Show" if you arrive after your published rotation start time or if you do not compete your assigned mini-date rotations.

That Missed Connection:

It can happen when you are walking down the street, at the beach, or at a Speed Dating Mixer.... Let PBSN help you connect. Send an e-mail to PBSN8DateRotate@aol.com or send us snail-mail with a note giving PBSN the first name(s) and rotation number(s) of the individual(s) with whom you would like to connect.

As part of your e-mail or in a note please provide the following personal information about yourself for our records: Name, Zip, e-mail address, Home phone number, Cell phone number.

The service fee is $15 for up to 4 requests made at the same time.

Also, as part of your e-mail or as a separate insert with your snail-mail to PBSN, please write a Missed Connection Letter to the individual(s) being contacted. I suggest that you reference this Speed Dating Mixer and give some information about yourself. Be sure to include your contact information including your home and / or cell phone numbers as not all individuals have e-mail.

If you are using snail-mail, please put your Missed Connection Letter(s) and a check or money order for the service fee into a larger envelope. Mail to: PBSN - That Missed Connection, P.O. Box 590, Villanova, PA 19085

If you are using e-mail, please call Ralph's secure voice mail 610-348-5544 and leave a message saying that you have sent an e-mail with the information for "That Missed Connection" and then give your credit card number with expiration date for payment of the service fee.

PBSN will forward your contact information via e-mail and / or snail-mail. The service fee is payable without regard to your success in completing the connection requested. You will receive a phone call or e-mail providing you with the status of your request.

Personal information which you provide to PBSN is considered confidential and as such is not sold or provided to any other party with out your permission.
